Experience You Can Rely On

The Restaurant Technician and Maintenance Company brings a wide range of skills to meet your needs. These were developed over decades spent working in both the restaurant and maintenance industries. From the late 1970s to 1980s, I worked in kitchens and held positions from dishwasher to chef to management. Since then, I have worked in the maintenance industry since then with a focus on the food service industry.

Through these experiences, I’ve come to learn what it takes to keep your kitchen operating. From knowing the ins and outs of most equipment to experience in purchase and installation, I posses the technical expertise needed to serve your business.

Equally as important, because of my restaurant experience, I know the significance of what your maintenance need is. When a critical piece of equipment goes down, it can mean that your business cannot operate at the level of quality your customers expect, or at all. It means added stress for you and your employees. I can solve these issues for you as quickly as possible to ensure your employees have the tools they need to provide the quality your customers expect.

Since problems need to be solved quickly in this industry, I keep a wide range of hood motors, belts, and OEM parts in stock at all times.
